Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulations"), this page describes the methods for processing personal data of users who consult the websites www.pensierodivino.it, which are accessible electronically.

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Guarantor in the performance of its tasks of public interest or otherwise related to the exercise of its public powers, including the task of promoting awareness and promoting public understanding of risks, rules, guarantees and rights in relation to the processing and, moreover, to promote the awareness of the data controllers and of the controllers regarding the obligations imposed on them by the Regulations (Article 57, paragraph 1, letter b) and) , of the Regulations).

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to establish criminal offenses by the judicial authorities).

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses entails the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as all the personal data included in the communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems
We do not use cookies for user profiling, nor are other tracking methods used.
Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for the safe and efficient browsing of the sites. The storage of session cookies in the terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, where on the servers, at the end of the HTTP sessions, information about cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with storage times no longer than seven days like other browsing data.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED
The interested parties have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of processing that concerns them or to oppose the treatment (Articles 15 and following of the Rules).
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data reported to them through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulations, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Rules).
